During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you — abb2222 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Any active wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be satisfied in full before the funds subject to that requirement may be withdrawn.

All funds deposited into your abb2222 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. The use of funds derived from any illegal activity is strictly prohibited. abb2222 may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and provide relevant account and transaction information as required by applicable law.

Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements have an expiry period that is specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated expiry window will result in automatic forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings accumulated from it.

One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless abb2222 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in the forfeiture of all bonus balances and may constitute grounds for account review.

abb2222 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In cases where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will generally continue to apply to that specific bonus unless doing so would be unreasonable or fraudulent.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity conducted on abb2222. Specific product rules — including rules for individual sports markets, live casino table procedures, and slot game mechanics — are governed by the respective game or market rules published on the platform and by the applicable third-party game provider terms.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on abb2222 are final once confirmed. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, abb2222 may immediately suspend or close the relevant account, withhold any balances pending investigation, and pursue any available legal remedies.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your abb2222 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to processing an account closure, abb2222 will verify your identity and ensure that any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals, or compliance reviews are resolved. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds.

Where abb2222 closes an account due to a confirmed breach of these Terms involving fraud or prohibited conduct, abb2222 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance as partial compensation for losses sustained. abb2222 will communicate its decision and the basis for it to the Player via their registered email address.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abb2222 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and technology partners exclude all liability for any losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the abb2222 platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from bets or wagers placed on abb2222, regardless of the circumstances surrounding those losses
• Losses arising from technical failures, server outages, connectivity interruptions, or data feed errors, whether within or outside abb2222's reasonable control
• Loss of data, account access, or account history resulting from technical issues or account closure
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, including loss of profits or business opportunities
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information, statistics, odds, or content displayed on the abb2222 platform that subsequently proves inaccurate

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as excluding liability for death or personal injury caused by abb2222's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for any other matter for which liability cannot be legally excluded.

abb2222 does not endorse, guarantee, or accept responsibility for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party game studio, payment provider, or external service integrated into the platform. Each third-party provider operates under its own terms and conditions, which Players are encouraged to review.

In any event, abb2222's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player to their abb2222 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abb2222 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
